2-Cell Fabric Innerduct — Two Color-Coded Pathways Inside One Conduit

2-Cell Fabric Innerduct — Two Color-Coded Pathways Inside One Conduit
Description: Two cable routes, one conduit, no new trenching. The 2-Cell Fabric Innerduct provides two independent longitudinal pathways inside a single existing conduit, so you can segregate two fiber routes cleanly without digging. Its flexible woven textile design conforms to the shape of installed cables, recovering the space rigid innerduct wastes and lowering overall pull tension during installation. Both cells carry a pre-installed, color-coded pull tape, so crews identify each pathway at a glance during install and maintenance. The PET + Nylon 6 fabric resists abrasion, moisture and UV for a 30–50 year buried design life — roughly double HDPE subduct. Available in Standard, Riser, Plenum and Detectable versions. Send your conduit ID and cable ODs and we will confirm the configuration for free.

FAQ
Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?
We are a fabric innerduct manufacturer, specializing in
1, 2, 3 and 4 cell configurations. OEM, private-label and custom printing are
available.
Q2.How to choose between 2-cell and 3-cell?
Use 2-cell for two routes; use 3-cell three-way isolation or larger capacity.
Q3. Can it be installed in a conduit that already contains
cable?
Yes, where sufficient usable space and a suitable
pulling route remain. Send the conduit ID, existing cable OD, new cable OD, and
route length / bends for an initial fit check.
Q4.What is the tensile strength?
Graded by single-chamber wire diameter, 528–144 kg.
Q5. What certifications do you have?
Telcordia GR-20 (general), GR-3561 (Detectable locating) and
UL2024 (Plenum & Riser). We list only the certifications we actually hold
for each version.
Q6.What is the purpose of the color-coded pull rope in dual-chamber cables?
To easily distinguish between the two channels during construction and later maintenance, pulling the wrong cable.
Q7. Can I get a free sample?
Yes —
free samples are in stock for fit and pulling evaluation. Provide your DHL / FedEx
/ TNT / UPS account, or we charge a small shipping fee.
Q8. Can you print my brand or custom marking?
Yes. Example marking: Fabric Innerduct 5624-3 1888M 25-19 Max 24mm. We support custom meter marking, color-coded pull tape,
reel length and packaging.
Q9. What are the delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery depends on order quantity — typically 3–7
business days for small orders and 11–14 days for a 40 ft container. Payment by
T/T in advance; PayPal accepted for small orders.
